Finished the Three in One Stop BofA loans I began last Fri
Here's what we did. BofA gave approval that vested new Mrs., non borrowing applicant, could correct her name on the dot,riders, TIL, document correction agreement and signature name affidavit, initial and sign with her legal name. Good to go. Got her done and returning to escrow this morning.
Too bad the LO isn't prepared for closings on the day of the original signing...these holiday weekends get in the way of timely closings sometimes.
I'll never understand why LO's don't stand by when they now their client is a branch signing final loan docs in the event there is a snafu!

Mothers Day! Everyone and their mother was in Santa Barbara this weekend! It was a complete zoo, I'm told. I stayed home! Away from the maddening crowd. Seems like a lot of people traveled, especially LOs.
