Anyone worked with Glen County Title Co.? I just received a call for a signing with them for tomorrow and have not heard of them yet.

A few months ago, they called me for a signing a couple of days later. From what they said, their usual notary for that area was not available. I accepted. I confirmed with borrower. I kept TC in loop. I heard nothing more from them until I contacted them the scheduled day as I had not received docs. They apologized that no one had contacted me to let me know signing was "canceled."

Figured they either found another notary less pricey or their regular notary became available. Either way .....

Thanks folks. They might be tied in with Timios I am not sure. But I will give them a try and see how they work out.
