This is very informative and...

Loan originators are getting slammed on RESPA, Fair Lending and Advertising (among other rules and regs) by the CFPB.

I tend to be geeky on loan compliance. It's consuming and can be discouraging at times.

Ken Perry of Broker Knowledge Group is a sharp guy to listen to and he sometimes sends out free videos if you subscribe. All about compliance. I brought him down to teach an NMLS class and we have become friends. Just one of several specialized compliance people I use.
