Got My Pens Today
My car broke down today, not a very good day for me. Things brighten up a bit when UPS came with 50 free pens for me from TS. Wow, thats great . I am thankful that they appreciate all we do as NSAs.

Too fat for me and I don't take pens from Title Source to a Landsafe, First American, Lawyers, etc. closing. I will use them for Title Source closings and @ home.

Good point, Clem - and something for everyone to pay attention to. As much as TS may like the advertising, if those pens are used with a competitor's docs, it could create an uncomfortable situation.

pretty sure that is their plan-you use them for TS deals and
then leave them with the signer.
I'm always happy to get free pens. They may be too fat for you, but many signers like them so I see this as a win, win. I carry a variety of sizes for those than need them.
Handed out my first ones the other day and they were pleased to have them.

Only TC signings of course, borrowers are happy to get them, My kids use them as well.

Received my pens about a month ago too. I prefer mine to give out, they are prettier. But truly... I rather receive my phone ringing again off the hook like it was. Don't like this very slow time
