Does anyone know how to configure this printer to act as a dual tray. I called HP but all they would tell me is that I can upgrade to another printer for $XXX. The printer WAS working well as a single tray until I started messing around with it. Any help would be appreciated.

You do it with the menu button on the printer, not

on the computer property list. Tray one is where you individually feed envelopes and things. You designate Tray 2 or Tray 3 for letter or legal. HP won't ever help with their equipment, they personify "Customer No Service."

You can also find the instruction manual on line in a pdf

format. That's how I figured out how to set mine.
