Looks like 3rd party vendor for TS dropped the ball

Last week TS called with a Quicken deal within half hour and another one within a hour. I could not do it because I was already out, but the day after that my Quicken orders tripled and for this week. Guess the $50 dollar notary backed out last second.

I do not cover northern ocean county - received a call Thurs nite from TSI it was already past 7 - the caller was desperate to cover a signing in Point Pleasant - she said the person assigned had been in a car accident. I did not take the job but that may be why your TSI calls have picked up.

Rather harsh to ASSume that just because you got

back-to-back calls from TS it was the fault of a "$50 dollar notary".

So glad Title Source has given it back to me. Bumped my TS business up even more. Just in last Two weeks 25 deals with them alone.

Perhaps they realize now it's costing them more to contract

for a lesser fee, only to have to contract with an experienced NSA to correct any errors.

What Hugh needs to do is ignore the playground cliques and when he deems it necessary point out the rudeness some posters regularly display, and that others then applaud like a bunch of harbor seals just tossed a fish.

First a poster calls another poster an ass, without any discernible reason, and when I say that's harsh, she calls ME an ass. I respond, and you jump on ME, without in any way addressing what went before. And then you turn it into some sort of racial tiff?

You need to check the additives being sprayed on the weed you're smoking.
