I guess it must all depend on where you are. I've had 16 so far and was thinking how busy my month is starting out to be. I'm thinking a lot of lenders are pushing their pmi borrowers to close before the Dodd-Frank stuff hits the fan.

Slow in my neck of the woods but I'm thankful for slowness. I'm moving this week to my new office location PLUS my mom is taking me on a cruise all inclusive next week!!! Yay me!! But I'll be back in time for EOM!!!

This week is only moderate, had 5 yesterday, two today, but day is young....I have to say I am grateful for the lags because when I'm busy, it can get very crazy and overwhelming.

Enjoy the quiet, we're in for a tsunami of loans with interest rates being at an all time low.

Just had a no sign in favor of another with 1/4 point less for refi.
