Memorial Weekend

Has anyone received any feedback from their clients on month-end? Seems anything that signs on Friday, Saturday and/or Monday (Memorial Day) will fund on the 31st. Wondering if I should cancel my beach plans!!

Technically, if you count the business days, anything signed on Friday (5/24) should fund on 5/30; anything signed between Saturday (5/25) and Monday (5/27) should fund on 5/31, which makes Monday the last day to sign for the month.

Should you cancel your beach plans? Too early to tell. You could see a whole boatload of requests for that weekend at the last minute because they have this huge window of time to get the deals done before month-end.
