Premier Notary service

I really like this signing service always polite and quick docs. Payment is as promised 30 days.
Carol and her crew do a good job and I will continue to do closings for them.

Are they still allowed to do business?

Re: Premier Notary service -

I find it interesting to note that most of the 5-star ratings for this company are from Florida. Company is in FL.

John did you read 470685?

You seem to me, by reading your posts you tend toward the cautious. If you read 470685 you will see that they are alleged to have done whatever misdeeds are listed, back in August 2011.

Your fellow Californian is taking great liberties with her posts, I hope you don't throw in with her on what could be poor information.

Re: John did you read 470685?

Yes Philip I did read 470685 as well as the link. I am cautious whenever a company is being looked at. Just my IRS training. Yep, innocent until proven guilty. I, personally would not take a chance on them at this time. I would rather be cautious then burned.

There are no regulations for owners of signing services. You can be a registered sex offender, convicted of ID Fraud, financial fraud, forgery, manslaughter, as long as you paid your dues for your crime, walk free and become a signing service.

You don't have to have any integrity or scruples. But notaries do. And you're sharing your personal ID information with these clowns.

I have to wonder about the motives of someone who

comes on to post how wonderful a company is.

Why did you post this message?
It sounds more like advertising than sharing.

experiences. Thank you for sharing. Hope they have work in CA and pay $XXX. I have never worked with them. I usually keep my favprites to myself! Smile

I don't know them from Adam, but

unless you can back up your statement, I would think that it would be wise not to make such claims.
Though you post under a cover name, you do know a court can force the owner of this site give up your ID, making for a very uncomfortable scene.
