Problem with Brother 5470DW

Having a problem with the printer and Brother Tech support not available on weekends. Yesterday when trying to print flashing indicators and screen showed paper tray empty though both were full. Turned off printer, reseated trays and was able to print docs. Today although able to print, there is a loud clacking noise coming from machine. Any ideas appreciated. Have sent an e-mail to Brother Tech support and will call tomorrow just hate being without the printer.

Hi could you tell me what the problem, my brother is saying out of paper too?
