Signing Service "Signing Stream

Any one ever heard of this signing service before? I don't see them listed in signing Central unless they are using a different name. They are called Signing Stream. They have a (714) area code here in Calif.

Had my fee reduced by $10.00 beacuse I did not call after closing and did not do fax backs they say...........Then she said wait a minute you emailed so we will send your $5.00...I just spent time going back through my fax log and guess what? I show where the fax was sent and trnsmitted. OK. Frustrating.....This was after calling, emailing for about a month.....
