Signing Stream
I have worked with Signing Stream for almost two years and find the Company to be very responsive to the Notary's needs and the coordinators to be very friendly and efficient in working with the Notaries on the signings. Payments are made timely and accurately. Their system of checking on the completion of the signings is very efficient

Another one?
What...do they promise these notaries money or threaten to hold money or something unless they post positive reviews?

Re: Another one?
The address on this guys profile is bogus...so then, are his statements.

Re: Another one?
No... there really is a Larry Kritzer who is a CA commissioned notary...per the SOS online listing:
Kritzer, Larry 2412 Windward Circle Westlake Village CA 91361 #1956974 Exp 11/13/2015

But there is no information in the profile
which was updated 5/28. Isn't that odd.

Look at the profile again. There is actually information in it now.
How crazy is that??

But profile says AK not CA. Did someone
Create a bogus profile to plump up company? Why would Larry put AK as address and not CA? Things that make you go hmmmmmm

AK is the default unless change it - perhaps they quit
typing early? They need to request this be changed by Harry, NotRot staff.

I wonder if maybe these are fake profiles.
Maybe these companies are creating fake profiles using real notary names they gleaned from somewhere, to lend an air of credibility to the praise reports. The CA notary listing is public; anyone can access it. These companies have got to know people are going to be suspicious of these posts. Maybe they think, if someone does some research and sees this poster is really truly a notary, maybe they will believe their experience is valid, and give our company a shot. Just my thoughts.
Maybe it is as someone else said...the posters are real people, but feel they have to post in order to get paid. Maybe they are told outright, you will get paid once you positively review our company on Notary Rotary. Guess we will never really know.

Re: Another one?
Either this guy is full of it or a member of "Dollar General" Notary.

I have been working with Signing Stream since the beginning of March. They have been great for me to work with. They always answer the phone when there are questions and they pay on time. They recently came under a new owner and this owner seems to understand the importance of the Notary in the loan signing process. They are a signing service, so they do have their set of processes to follow, but they've been great to me.

Re: ? about this and a previous Signing Stream post
Why does the post here from Larry Kritzer and the post previously from Reginald Moore show up as AK if they are CA notaries with CA addresses?

Searching at http://ltgov.alaska.gov/treadwell/notaries/data.html indicates there are no notaries in Alaska named http://ltgov.alaska.gov/treadwell/notaries/data.html
Of course, the State of Alaska website could be wrong.

I couldn't remember at first but I did know there were teo names associated with them. Thanks Sylvia. Did anybody notice the comments on the other names? It looks like they are actively using all three. IMO

How time flies when you're having fun! I didn't realize they've been in biz for two years already. Aren't they the BADNOTARY site innovators?
Don't/won't work for them myself!
