Unsolicited Kudos for Doc Signers!!!!!!

I will plug into Signing Central. Up at fire station around midnight Monday night. Email for a notary in the morning for a purchase closing. Said I was available with a prompt reply of acceptance (sure not many notaries checking email at midnight). Loan was priced accordingly for a purchase transaction. No fax backs just had to make sure I dropped package that day.

Called borrower at 8 we met at 8:30, loan signed no issues. package was dropped. Confirmed with Doc Signers and asked how I wished to be paid (multiple options). Went with direct deposit and sent information last night. Received confirmation today request was made. NOT BAD.

Reason I got it was (per the borrower) previous notary attempted to dictate the time and location where the signing would take place. Guess notary forgot it was the borrowers closing and not hers.
