VENT! No packages; last minute cancellations!
NEED I SAY MORE! My day has, effectively, been completely wasted to this point, as my 1 p.m. still has no docs and the one after that (originally scheduled for 2 p.m.) has just been cancelled (again...for the 3rd time in the last week!)
Note to all newbies: when calculating how much you need to charge, try to include enough padding to deal with the time-sucking waste these lenders are! You can't, but you should try!
