give me a break

Give me a break. Not everyone knows everything (although there are some on this board who are convinced that they DO)
This is the first time I have seen WATA on loan documents
As a retired travel agent, WATA means World Association of Travel Agents.

Re: give me a break

Seriously,
This signing agent is looking for answers by proposing a question.
The arrogant saps just troll around for sport. Ignore them.
Great question Pat!
I think it depends on the lender and how they require the signer to sign. Just like on Trust signatures. They vary from lender to lender.

Okay..I stand corrected - 10 years - and maybe you've never seen WATA (which I find surprising but so be it) - but..

"I am assuming she must sign

Jane doe WATA Jane Smith"

10 years!!!

WATA way to build resilience tho

"research suggests that engaging in some activities we assume are nonproductive—as tiny exercises—may actually be a smart way to spend time, especially at work. These practices can make people more-resourceful problem solvers, more collaborative, and less likely to give up when the going gets tough. In other words, they can make people more resilient. That’s why I’ve made it a personal goal to waste at least four minutes every hour."

The way I figure it, you owe me a 2-1/2 minute credit! :-)
