anyone having problems with NR page sorter program?

I downloaded file. Selected it for process in the software. Keeps coming back that I have not selected a file to process.....could it be PDF password protected?

it depends on the document, I guess. I had the same problem. With one it worked like a charm, the other, it didn't recognize - even though it was a PDF
