fee schedule: National Preferred Notary-Mike Devalk

here is copy of fee contract agreement I received from NPNservices. granted the email said I could cross our and insert my fees so they would only call me when they could meet my fee. However, I see no point in doing so when their base fee is so ridiculously low:

* Completion Status: Payment
Single appointment completed* $50
Email Documents (2 copies) $20
Second Set (Simultaneous Closing $30
Fax Backs $10
Resigning due to notary error $00
Cancellation after you have traveled to borrower $40
Cancellation two hours or more before appointment time $00

* Rates are negotiable based on distances > than 25 miles (one-way)

Seems like he got his idea of an "irresistible" fee schedule from his old employer. No thank you!

When companies start out with that that low of lowballing fees as their "base" fees (I read that as, no respect, or value, for NSA's or the services they provide), I couldn't be bothered to even spend the time crossing out their insulting fees or even attempting to sign up with them.
