Had signing last week through SS. Their client is big title co. Lender Citibank. Signing @ Citibank.
Some of Citibank closing docs said closing agent is ServiceLink, not title Co. Loan has been in process since 12/12.

I do Citibank for LSI - there is an Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure in the package that says they use Service Link for closing services. Too funny!
