signed the second FHA/Local Housing Authority loan in

the last two days. I think we are in for a flood of these. 175 pages (one set) and of course a first time buyer who has been told all his life "don't sign anything." When I got the assignment the scheduler and I agreed that if it turned out to be a big FHA first time purchase that she would bump up the fee. I am asking for $25 extra - do you think that's fair? These are big loans and at least 50% longer to sign.

Re:follow up, it was emobilenotary and upon learning the

facts about the loan bumped it up $75 - not the $25 I requested. Makes you feel appreciated.
