Happens infrequently--just ignore

Some will slide one in after some non-notarized document, just in case they find a use for it later, I guess.

I get those from various cos. Just had one yesterday. I

don't complete them & usually remove them from the pkg. They should know that we can't complete an ack that isn't attached to something.

I get these from time to time, but generally with no explanation about why they are in the package. I give the sender the benefit of the doubt, and suppose they included it in case I need a loose cert and forgot to bring my own. I would have a problem with a company that asked me to complete and return it without connecting it to a particular document.
