I just got a package from title source with their new instuctions for accepting signings using my mobile phone also included were 50 pens for borrowers. I'm all for this new way of doing business with them, they are my best title company. First gift I ever received from a title company.

I had their pens and the little silver part pops off. I used to love their pens...not so much now. Threw away a bunch of them for that very reason.

Title Source is great, they make or break my months. I do a large volume and even I still can't handle everything they give me. Get paid every Thursday like clock work 21 day turn around. April if not for them and another client I would be dead in the water paying bills this month.

They farm it out to SS in my area. Haven't had a direct call from TS since January but all their signing services call. TS isn't my biggest client. Plus they told me my fee of $XXX is too high as many in my area accept $XX.

I got my pens too! My 3rd gift ever from a hiring company! The first one was a gift of overpayment..The 2nd was a bonus check last week or so and now pens..Im on a roll..Whopee..lol
