Love SW airlines. They don't have a baggage charge, like Alaska Airlines.
Staff always very courteous.
I flew to Honduras, United all the way. They are tripping all over themselves to recover their unfriendly reputation of recent events.
Kudos to Tammy Jo Schultz for bringing that bird in safely under extreme pressure. |
