Spring has arrived early.

80s and 70s next couple of weeks. Still have 40 plus big tomatoes from last years plants turning red. Plenty of greens. Until yesterday had two trelisses of thriving, blossoming tomato vines 8 ft long, 6 ft high and 2 ft thick. Been hard pruning them all Winter.

Tomato plant experiment: I cut most of the vines flush with the ground then covered with my special compost mix. I'm guessing they will sprout back hard. Have deep roots. Peppers were pruned to 1 gal size and hanging in there still giving a few.

Gonna be interesting. Start planting new in 5 weeks.
