I am a Fidelity approved notary public/signing agent.  Member of the National Notary Association (NNA), the American Association of Notary Publics, Notary Rotary and the Notary Cafe. Fifteen years experience as a Michigan Notary Public/signing agent, and trained residential real estate professional. 

I have completed 5,000 plus notarizations.  Acknowledged purchases (seller/buyer documents), modifications, refinances,  e-notarizations, HELOC, reverse mortgages, structured settlements, automobile purchases, Power of Attorney (POA), and quit-claim deeds. Through examination and work experience, I have demonstrated superior knowledge and proficiency in the administration of loan document signing, Successfully passed an industry-recognized background screening annually. Approved with the following title companies: Fidelity (FNF), First American, Stewart, and Old Republic.  Very knowledgeable of many software applications used to upload loan packages via high-speed internet, laser printers, scanners and fax.

I work full-time as an independant contractor, and available 7 days per week.  All assignments handled confidentially, professionally and delivered on time.  I will travel all over WASHTENAW COUNTY and various surrounding counties.
