I have good people skills and I understand the goal of completing the signing for the loan officer while helping our clients feel comfortable with our service.

As Knoxville Tennessee Signing Agents, I accept electronic or faxed loan documents and am equipped with a laser printer with PCL6 drivers and a copy machine.
My base fee is $100 for a basic one loan closing with documents overnighted and no printing required by us.
Additional fees are as follows:
-- $25 for electronic or faxed loan documents printed prior to closing.
-- $25 for fax back of documents from the loan package.
-- $25 printing fees for post-printing cancellations that occur before a trip is made to the borrower's.
-- Additional travel fees if outside our local Knoxville TN area based upon distance, time of day, traffic, etc.
-- Additional fees can occur for other circumstances such as late or rush assignments, courier fees incurred, etc.
