I serve San Diego county primarily but willing to travel to Riverside and Orange counties. I am available 9 am - 9 pm Monday through Sunday but will make arrangements for after hours for an additional fee.
Services: General notary work performed for various institutions including hospitals, extended care facilities, banks and lending, real estate companies, title and escrow companies, legal and business offices.
Service Area: North County San Diego Inland and Coastal. This includes Aviara, Camp Pendleton, Cardiff, Carlsbad, Carmel Valley, Del Mar, Encinitas, Escondido, Fallbrook, La Costa, Oceanside, Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Rancho Penasquitos, Rancho Santa Fe, San Elijo Hills, San Marcos, Solana Beach, Valley Center, and Vista.
Fees:
- $15 per notarized signature for general notary work. (This fee is set by the Secretary of State of CA and is independent of my mobile fee.)
- Travel fees for Escondido and San Marcos are $40.00 if within 20 miles roundtrip. Greater than 20 miles is charged at an additional $1.00 per roundtrip mile.
- For loan signings, I will negotiate a reasonable flat fee that is fair to all parties but takes into account mileage, faxbacks, number of packages printed, approximate size of loan package, number of signers, etc.
