I am on the approval list for First American Title and Chicago Title Company. My experience includes refinances, home equity lines of credit, VA, FHA, purchases, reverse mortgages, seller packages, commerical properties,  trust documents and e-sign (NYCB).  

I travel everywhere in Monterey County (except King City, Greenfield and Soledad). I accept email documents and have a dual tray laser printer. Background Screened (through NNA and Notary Rotary) and $100,000 E&O insurance.
