We are dedicated to providing professional, accurate, and reliable services, which include scanning the documents to ensure all the documents necessary for a closing, are in the loan document package, prior to traveling to the closing. We also check for any obvious errors in dates, or spelling of the borrowers names. Borrowers names are checked for accuracy by confirming the correct spelling the time we make the initial phone call to them, to confirm the date, and time of the closing. We maintain close communication with the borrower, hiring agency, and lender at all times, and take pride in conducting ourselves in a professional manner, from the first point of contact, straight through the entire process, until the loan has closed, and beyond, when necessary. No job is considered closed until all the final details of the loan process have been completed. To ensure the acurate completion of the documents, and that no oversights have been made, the documents are always double-checked before leaving the signing table, and then again before the documents are dropped for shipment.
Fax backs are no problem, although excessive fax backs (over 30) will incur an additional fee of $5. Please be sure to communicate up front that there will be numerous fax backs. It will be much appreciated, and will expediate the loan closing process. Base fee is $75 for East Conway, and varies from location, to location.
Please keep in mind that the weather in White Mountain area of NH is very unpredictable, and harsh. The roads to many locations are quite steep, and involve traveling up, down, and through mountain roads, which many are unpaved, and unlit. We do not have highways, and secondary roads are passable in most cases, but some are often quite trecherous. South of the valley there are also many unpaved roads, but most of which travel around lakes and rivers. Many roads are unmarked, and almost all are, like the north, unlit. Any mapquest inquiries made from our location must be made from the 04037 zip code, which is Fryeburg, ME, to accurately determine mileage from our office since East Conway does not have their own post office, therefore we use a Center Conway zipcode, and have our mail delivered by Fryeburg, ME. Our office is located in the corner where Chatham, which also shares a zip code with Center Conway, and Fryeburg, ME meet.
