	Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc. ("RMS") was formed in March, 2007 by a group of leading mortgage and technology executives with over 121 years of combined knowledge and experience to meet the growing demand for the servicing and private label sub-servicing of reverse mortgages. Although there are several companies that provide servicing and sub-servicing for the traditional ("forward") mortgage, there are limited choices in the reverse mortgage environment. With a complimentary suite of services; Loan Servicing Technology and Services, Loan Origination Technology and Consulting Services, RMS is poised to help their clients enhance their market share, increase revenue, reduce cost and mitigate risk. RMS's software development and support organization received its Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Rating by successfully completing the Software Engineering Institute's (SEI) appraisal requirements. RMS, a HUD, Ginnie Mae and Fannie Mae approved servicer, has developed a specialized, state of the art, scalable reverse mortgage servicing system (RM NAVIGATORŽ) that meets all of the requirements needed to service reverse mortgages and was a key element in the 'STRONG' rating RMS received from Standard & Poor's. Designed from the ground up for reverse mortgages, the RM NAVIGATORŽ system meets all of the requirements of FHA, FNMA and private investors, as well as provides "senior" customers with a user-friendly monthly accounting statement of their reverse mortgage. Custom reporting for Private Investors and Mortgage Backed Bonds can be easily accommodated. Our system operates in a totally secure and redundant environment on a SQL server. Our Houston service center provides our clients with a scalable servicing platform, talented management and an experienced staff to meet the needs of the growing reverse mortgage business.
