I am available for loan signings and general notary work.  I am background screened annually, fully approved with the national title companies and a Certified Signing Agent via National Notary Association.

I have been in the lending/loan servicing/escrow industry since 1983.  I have ten years experience at a National Lending Division for well known National title companies.  

I have the knowledge and confidence to put your clients at ease when signing their important loan papers.

I have been a notary since 1990 and a full time signing agent since 2000.  I have successfully completed thousands of loan signings (buyer, seller, refinance, HELOC, auto, reverse mortgage, commercial and business loan documents).
