PRICING: RON - Basic Charges= $25 per every notarization stamp. This includes all closings, Refinance, HELOC, etc. Smaller packets 50 pages or less $50 admin. doc prep fee plus $25 per seal. Video Copy of session $20 I have a platform and I am also willing to train to use your platform with ongoing contracted work. All Closings require two days' advanced notice and documents 48 hrs prior. IN-PERSON:$175 per 1 set of docs for each mobile closing within the following zip codes.
