I am a full time mobile notary and loan signing agent with over eighteen years experience working directly with mortgage brokers, title companies and signing companies. I am on the approval list for Chicago Title Company and Fidelity National Title. My experience includes refinances, home equity lines of credit, VA, FHA, purchases, reverse mortgages, seller packages, commercial properties, trust documents and e-sign.  

I travel everywhere in Monterey County (except King City, Greenfield and Soledad). I accept email documents and have a dual tray laser printer. I am background screened through the NNA and have $100,000 E&O insurance.
