|  | | I have been a signing agent for over 11 years and have done in excess of 1800 signings. I am in a rural area so my fees are higher than if I were in a large city. My regular service are the following counties: Autauga, Butler, Clarke, Coffee, Crenshaw, Dallas, Elmore, Escambia, Lowndes, Monroe, Montgomery, Pike and Wilcox Counties but I will go anywhere in the state of Alabama if the fee is right.
I am a full time Notary Public and Signing Agent so I don't do this as a hobby or to supplement my income. This is my INCOME. I will work any day Monday through Saturday. I do not work on Sundays. I have never missed an appointment and have never been late unless I received the package late.
I have also never left an unsatisfied borrower. I am BGC and I carry $60,000.00 of E and O Insurance. I am a member of the National Notary Association, American Society of Notaries, Notary Rotary, NotaryCafe and 123Notary.
I also will go to your home, office or any place and at a time that is convenient for you to notarize your documents. I am not an attorney and therefore cannot give Legal or Financial advise.
