I specialize in Real Estate Loan Closings and carry $100,000 E & O Insurance. I am ONLY available to perform notary services, weekdays after 6:00 pm and weekends.
I do NOT do door knocker services, so please do not call requesting those services. I do notary closings only.
I will need at least an hour's notice prior to scheduled closings in order to print, review and familiarize myself with your documents and to allow time to communicate with the customer. This is for your benefit as well as your customer's. Please don't call 30 minutes before the scheduled closing and expect a return call unless there are extenuating circumstances.
