The acks had pre-printed "Jon Doe by Jane Doe as atty in fact". I crossed out everything except Jane Doe. Now for the jurats. Some people have said to add Acks and remove thye jurat. I don't agree with this. Instead I left the jurat alone and just notarized the wife's name. As an example, on the Occupancy Affidavit I left the jurat and struck out the husbands name and just notaorized the wife's name since she signed the doc for him as his AIF also. Your thoughts? I'm gonna send docs soon. Thanks. |

I could print "shrink to fit" but that sometimes makes the printed area too small for my taste. I haven't contacted Brother yet. Thought someone here might know. Thanks. |

I don't say anything so there's about a 6 second silence on the phone. Finally the gal says she's gonna see if she can get that approved and call me back. I tell her ok, call me back. You think they called back? You'd guess right. Unfu**inbelievable! |

Prior to my work as a mobile notary/certified loan signer I worked as a senior residential loan officer for over 10 years. I know my way around a set of loan docs. I know how to do a bit of hand holding with your client if needed.
I answer my phone from 8am through 8:30pm, seven days a week. I accept same day signings. I do all types of signings, at any location.
I am willing to do signings in prisons and county jails, however, those are priced on a case by case basis.
I have completed over 500 signings.
More than anything I understand implicitly the need for discretion in all matters.
