Response - Yes, I can be,
Scheduler - great,
Response - what do you have budged for this order?
Scheduler - well, because its close to you, we can pay $60.00
Response - I don't accept $60.00 closings... just out of curiosity, how large of file are the docs?
Scheduler - Our orders generally range between 120-130 pages... the most I'm approve to pay is $75.00

When times are slow, we have to still consider the cost in doing business when accepting orders... though the distance to travel may be close, the time to print, present, deliver to fedex, etc remains the same.

Please be advised that HVR NOTARIES LLC, known as HVR NOTARIES (“Company”), doing business at 2525 Camino Del Rio South, Suite # 155, San Diego CA 92108, filed for Dissolution on November 13, 2013, in accordance with the terms of the Company’s Operating Agreement.
The Company currently has no funds or assets to make payments of any kind to potential creditors. The Company has also attempted to collect on accounts receivable without success.
However, please send claims that you may have to the address below, so that in the event this situation changes we may endeavor to pay any monies owed.
