I have recently increased my E & O policy to $100,000 and have been placed on First American Title and Escrow Company as a PREFFERED NOTARY.
I work 6 days a week, and will work from 8:00 a m to 9:00 p m. Since I live in a semi rural area, my fee may vary depending on the required driving time.
My normal signing fee, to include email docs, is $125.00 which includes a 50 mile roundtrip. $175.00 with a second or equity line of credit.
I don't do any jail or prison signings of anykind.
