Square sent me their "new and improved holder" and it works like a charm. It's thinner and the connector is longer.
I have the Otter cover on my IPhone and that could have been my problem. |

Signing last night 79 pages, 3 miles from office, and home in 50 minutes.
Tonight: 159 pages 4 miles from office, but when I am printing I notice there are 2 different HUD"s
I call the title company and ask which one is the correct HUD (one the borrower owes $1,100 and the other HUD is $0.00) and title says the one with no charge is correct.
We start signing the 1st HUD and there are no impounds and the borrowers want impounds.
He calls the loan officer and the loan officer says they will fix it.
He gets upset when we get to 2nd HUD and it says they have impounds. I pull the 1st payment letter and tell them they definitely don't have impounds.
Then there is another document that say lender Requires impounds.
He calls his brother who was a loan officer for 13 years and he comes over and goes through the loan.
Meanwhile there are 2 kids around 5-6 yrs who are all over the table grabbing whatever.
The husband is one of those people who can't sit down to sign and every document he signs he puts his pen down on the table and starts all over again finding the pen as he walks around the room!
Loan officer brother says sign the loan and we get done.
The family was very nice and I actually got out the house in 1 hour 15 minutes.
You never know what you are going to encounter when we walk in the door

They met my fee, which surprised me. I have yet to be paid. I was told that September signings are paid the first week in November. I emailed and left voicemails and was finally able to get in touch with Anna this morning. She said that they sold their company and have not been in the office for the last 2 weeks. I asked her about my payment and she gave me the same story about being paid the 1st week of November. She said she would have to have AP get back to me. Anybody else having issues with them? TIA |

I called 911 here and they gave me the number to the police in Auburn. The office is closed and if I dial 911 as they instruct me to do, it just goes back to the area 911 and they can't connect me. I have no idea how my name came up when she searched. Please help! |
