As a Certified Notary Signing Agent, I have notarized over 2500 Signings/Closings for both owner occupied and investment properties regarding: E-Sign's, Refinances, 2nd's, HELOC's, Reverses, Trust's, Modifications, Seller/Buyer, Cash Deal/Loan Purchases and many Courtesy Signings for over 300 Title Companies, Lenders and Signing Services Nationwide. I travel up to 200 miles each way, encompassing the entire Southwest Corner of Colorado; servicing the following 10 counties: La Plata, Archuleta, Montezuma, Dolores, San Juan, Ouray, Mineral, Hinsdale, San Miguel and Rio Grande Counties. I have a Laser Dual Tray Printer, a Laser Fax, I run a high speed Dell Computer on DSL Broadband with an unlimited size e-mail box to accommodate even the extra large doc sets, and I do fingerprinting of all Signers. I pride myself on being prompt, efficient and thorough about any job I take on.
