I am a full time certified signing agent, serving the Northeast counties of Colorado, such as, Kit Carson, Lincoln, Logan, Morgan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington, Weld, and Yuma. I am in my eleventh year performing buyer, construction, home equity line of credit, loan modification, oil and gas lease,  refinance, reverse mortgage, seller, as well as self-proving will and other document notarization, signings. Knowing the importance and understanding the signing process, my goal is to instill confidence and provide good communication to all parties involved. My rates are based on signing type and mileage to the signing location. My background screening and signing agent certification is maintained throught the NNA.
