|  | I am an experienced Signing Agent in Delray Beach, FL since 2005. I work most of SE Florida, including most of south Palm Beach County and some northern Broward County cities. Just ask :). I am a non-smoker and I consider myself a "real people person" and make the borrower feel comfortable at their closing. I have excellent work ethics, punctual, detail oriented and a great communicator before and after a closing. I truly enjoy my job, and take the extra step needed to close the loan, and make everyone feel comfortable. I have many years of experience in all types of loans from Refi's to purchases, reverse mortgages,1st and 2nd's , modifications, settlement packages, and go the extra mile to accommodate even the most difficult of borrowers. I have a background in appraisals, as well as doing closings, so I am comfortable in that area if a client has questions. I am Capable of printing loan documents simultaneously in approx. 10 minutes for both borrower and title in which ever program you choose, using 2 high speed printers...formats include: Adobe, Swiftview, DocMagic, eLynx, DynamicDox, desert docs, EdsView, etc. I also use high speed cable, carry a supply of extra toners and legal paper so running out is not an issue. I print both packages on legal size unless stated otherwise.
General Notarization performed at a rate of $10 per notarization plus a minimum travel fee of $25 within a 10 mile radius of my location (zip 33445). Travel fee varies depending on location, time involved, and volume of notarizations required.
Witnesses are the responsibility of the document signer. Please review your document(s) for witness requirements and limitations before our appointment so you can make arrangements to have witnesses available as appropriate.
Identification is required for all notarizations. Be prepared to discuss the type of ID you will be presenting so it can be determined if your ID meets the requirements of the Florida statutes.
