I have been working within the legal industry and with legal professionals since 1988. I obtained my paralegal degree in 1993, am a former real estate title and escrow company owner, and Florida licensed Title Insurance Agent, and have been a Florida Real Estate Associate since 2006. With my extensive knowledge and experience, I come prepared to complete your transaction correctly, and will allot the signor(s) the time need to review and inspect the documents.
As a Mobile Notary, Closing, and Signing Agent, I have completed 2000+ real property closings (commercial and residential). I have closed all types of loans including, HELOC, FHA, Conventional, Reverse Mortgages, VA loans, REO and purchase/short sale closings. My office has multiple laser printers and high speed internet service to accept e-docs efficiently. Documents can be received and printed “on the road” or on-site. Upon request, we are able to scan and e-mail pertinent executed package components to expedite the post-closing and funding process.
I am diligent, dependable, and my work is guaranteed. I service Miami-Dade and Broward [within a 20-mile radius from my office: 33016]. I am fluent in English and Spanish.
In addition to closings, notarizations are available for: Powers of attorney, Affidavits, Last Wills and Testaments, Apostille Services in the State of Florida, and other services are also offered.
