I can do other couties for additional fees depending on where they are. I do Reverse Mortgages (HECM), Refis, Purchases, Commercial, Piggy backs, VA, FHA, Quit Claims, REOs, Reverse Mortgages and any other you can image. I have done online E-Signings as well. I am a Certified National Signing agent through the NNA. I have my background check through the NNA.. I  have E/O insurance. You can depend on me to get the job done right the first time. My rates are competitive. My fees for Loan Signing Service varies on a case-by-case basis and are based on location of the signing (distance to Travel), type of Docs(single Refi, Piggy Back, Reverse..) volume of the package (since some lenders are sending out such large packages) the time required to complete the signing and whether any fax backs or not.
