Posted by Carolyn Breckenridge at 8/10/2013 8:17:00 PM | I am doing a VA refinance on Wednesday. I got the package yesterday. It is 239 pages...I was told that if the borrower wanted his copies sent in a PDF that I could do that. He declined. Said he would rather have copies printed.
Yes, I am being paid extra to close this, but these borrowers will be so worn out before it is completed. I don't even know how long I will be there. |

My main two Counties I cover are Hillsborough and Pasco ($100 average). I wil also go to Hernando, Polk, Pinellas, Manatee Counties and more upon request although additional fees may apply.
In August of 2006 I became a licensed Real Estate Agent.
