|  | | We have several notaries in our office that are all experienced signing agents. There's no reason that we should ever have to say no to your closing.
This site will not let us put up the number of signings we have done unless we buy a pricy membership which we aren't going to do, if you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
We don't answer the phone when we are doing a closing, but we will call you back within 10 minutes and we have plenty of notaries to handle your job.
I also perform weddings as I am an ordained minister. I have reasonable rates and will travel. I am available 24/7 and I will go to hospitals, nursing homes, jails and prisons or wherever I am needed. My travel fees are very reasonable as are my after hours fees.
Paper and ink and gasoline are very expensive. We have been forced to raise our rate to $125 in order to keep providing the very best service. If you need more than 100 pages of docs printed, there will be an additional charge for printing which will be our actual cost and you will receive an invoice for it.
We work 7 days a week. If the closing is after 5 pm on a Friday it may be cheaper to send your package to you via Priority Mail which is $5.45 and you will get it on Tuesday which is the same day the FedEx overnight will deliver it. We like to save you money. We are all about customer service. |
