I am a Certified Professional Signing Agent. I have been a travel notary since 6/15/2011. I specialize in loan documents. I carry $500,000.00 E&O insurance from State Farm. I have done over 900 closings to date. (5/8/13) I am extremely professional, always wear a suit, always arrive early to my appointments, and I have a 100% close rate. (I have never left a closing without the docs signed). All of my docs are presented in a folder and are tabbed with post-it notes at all initial and signature lines. All copy docs are presented in a manilla folder marked "COPY". Their first and second payment coupons, as well the HUD-1, are right on top for easy access.
