|  | | I am very good at refi closings, I know the industry and am very patient and can explain things well. My refinance fee is $115.00 (you include a return UPS or FedEx label with the loan docs) and then any special requests are charged accordingly.
If you just need a few documents notarized at a persons home, hospital, etc. I will do it, the cost is $15.00 a page and I have a minimum charge of 45.00 for this. |
