I have been a licensed REALTOR for the past 8 years and am very familiar with the different types of loan documents such as: RESPA, FHA, VA, ARM, fixed, refinances (1st and 2nd), purchases (buyer and seller), HELOC, reverse mortgages, modifications.  Most of all, I fully understand the importance of a timely closing and the contribution a closing agent makes to a successful closing.

I have a high quality dual tray laser printer, am mobile and equipped for eDoc signing as well.  I am readily available and can manage short leadtimes.  My business is operated from my home in Madison County, IL and I regularly service the Illinois counties of St. Clair, Montgomery, Macoupin, Bond, Jersey and the Missouri counties of St. Louis and St. Charles. I am willing to travel when necessary.  I am bonded and carry E&O Insurance.
