Does anyone know for sure if the matricula cards are acceptable now as an id here in Illinois? |

Was asking for money and involving the Phillipines disaster. I called them to make them aware of it.
They told me that their email has been hacked.
The letter is so obvious of being a scam. |

In Texas helocs must be closed in an attorney,title office or lenders office. Why is this? What else does that apply to.
I am not moving to Texas just heard this and am curious.

| | Bank Trust Question
Posted by Ali/IL at 10/29/2013 5:38:00 PM | I have a signing tomorrow . This is in a bank trust. I have to meet with the borrower then go to a title company to have the trust signed by the bank.
The mortgage doc just has the banks trust name on signature line. I am confused as to what name would the acknowledgement fall under. The person representing the bank or the trust name?
I will continue to make calls since I just got these docs and instructions for an early morning signing. |
