Posted by indaberry/LA at 7/25/2013 9:46:00 PM | Beware of SigningTrac! These folks are wingnuts. I received an email telling me to "claim" my profile on their website. I sent back my stock response to all lowballing, slow paying, bottom dwellers ($60 edocs), to wit:
"You are hereby notified and instructed to REMOVE my "profile" from your website. You have no right, nor any invitation, to use my information to promote your business. I will exercise all legal remedies in this matter."
I received this email reply from SigningTrac:

"Are you not a mobile notary? We will remove you as I guess you do not want us to contact
you when we have mobile notary business in your area?
I guess this information on your NNA profile is not true?
" ...( *what appears is a verbatim copy of my NotRot profile, not NNA*)..."
I will contact NNA and let them know you are not a mobile notary and not interested in
receiving mobile notary work so they should probably remove your profile there as well.
